I had an average experience with the Proofreading Mackay service. While the quality of their work was satisfactory, it did not meet my high expectations. The turnaround time was as promised, and the communication was decent, but the overall proofreading could have been more thorough. I will keep searching for a more excellent proofreading service in the future.
