I have been a resident at Parc at duluth for several months now and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The apartments are spacious and modern, with great amenities. The location is convenient and there are plenty of nearby attractions. The staff is friendly and responsive. I particularly appreciate the prompt maintenance service.
