Products are good, they contain clean ingredients ...

Products are good, they contain clean ingredients which I am a fan of... however they are quite overpriced (because they are sold via a NWM method). While they are good clean products and we felt good in the 4 months we used them; our choice to not be regular customers is not only due to the over pricing, it's due to lack of regards to customers.

Their business model stands to be improved regarding integrity towards customers.

Points are received towards future products when placing auto-subscribed orders, however, if you don't continue to order every month you loose those points, which is poor business practices. Even if you miss a month due to vacation, being overstocked etc. Which is what happened to us. :-(
