Maternity ward is a laugh. The level of service is getting bad day by day. Midwifes are not friendly and helpful. Nurses are rude. They delay the check ups. Doctors are not professional 1 hour job is done in week time so that their beds are occupied. And the reason they give is that we are short of staff.
And the emergency ward is really crowded last time when i took my daughter at 20:00 we waited almost for 4 hours to see a doctor. The doctor didnt give her any thing because he did not even checked properly. The next day when i took her to my GP she was prescribed with anti biotics because she had infection.
I will never go to northwick park hospital i would rather use others like hillingdon hospital ealing hospital or mount vernon hospital and for the people who are expecting they should never use this hopital use Queens charliot hospital in hammersmith and ealing hospital
