I had an average experience at Top Notch Barber Shop. The staff was friendly and professional, but the haircut itself was just okay. I expected it to be great, given the name of the shop, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The prices were reasonable, and the shop was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was an average haircutting experience.
