I have been with Mfa assurances for a few years now and my experience has been a mixed bag. While their website is easy to use and their insurance options are diverse, their customer support leaves much to be desired. There have been times when I had to wait for a long time to get a response from them. However, when I did get the support I needed, it was satisfactory. Overall, I would say they are an average insurance company.
