I have been a customer of Comprehensive Benefits Planning, Inc. for the past three years and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide some benefits, the overall experience has not been great. The customer service is lacking and there have been several instances where my inquiries have been unanswered. The rates are also on the higher side compared to other companies. I would not recommend Comprehensive Benefits Planning, Inc. for those looking for excellent service.
