I have had the opportunity to work with the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, and I must say that my experience has been satisfactory. The staff members are knowledgeable and professional, and they take their responsibilities seriously. Their investigations are thorough and they ensure that all necessary evidence is collected. However, the one area where improvement is needed is communication. It can sometimes be difficult to get a timely response, which can be frustrating. Overall, though, I am satisfied with the services provided by the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General.
