I recently had the opportunity to work with an advertising company for my business needs, and I came across Simply ad. The experience was decent overall. The website had a clean and professional design, making it easy to navigate through the services they offer. Their portfolio showcased some impressive work, giving me confidence in their capabilities.

While their response time was satisfactory, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. There were some delays in getting my inquiries addressed, which left me feeling slightly frustrated. Additionally, I felt that their pricing was slightly on the higher side compared to other agencies I had researched.

On the positive side, the quality of their work was good. The final product met my expectations and was delivered on time. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing. Overall, my experience with Simply ad was average.
