Overall, my experience with Whitecanyon software, inc. has been average. The software is functional, but it lacks some key features that I would expect from a modern company. The customer support is responsive, but they are not always able to solve my problems. There have been a few instances where I have encountered bugs that caused me to lose data, which is extremely frustrating. I hope that the company continues to improve their software and address these issues.
