I recently had the opportunity to work with a consulting group for a project, and I must say that my experience with this company was average. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Additionally, the consultants assigned to my project did not seem very knowledgeable about the industry. They often struggled to provide valuable insights and solutions. On a positive note, the pricing was fair for the services provided. Overall, my experience with this consulting group was not outstanding, but it also wasn't terrible. I would recommend them if you're looking for an average company to work with.
