I recently used a kitchen design service from myekdesign.com and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of designs to choose from. However, the customer service was a bit slow in responding to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The design process itself was fairly straightforward, but the final result didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of quality and finish. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of customer communication and the quality of the final product.
