I recently worked with this real estate company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and I found some interesting property listings. However, the customer service was a bit underwhelming. I had some difficulty getting timely responses and it felt like my inquiries were not given priority. 🏠 On the plus side, the agents were knowledgeable and professional when I did interact with them. I think they have potential to improve with better communication and prioritizing customer inquiries. The properties listed were good, but the lack of responsiveness affected my overall satisfaction. I hope they can work on their communication and customer service to enhance the customer experience.
