I had a mixed experience with Systel. While their expertise in IT is commendable, their customer service left much to be desired. The team was not very responsive to our queries and there were delays in project delivery. However, once the issues were addressed, the team did put in extra effort to resolve them. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
