I recently worked with a property management company that has a detailed website which is designed well and is user-friendly. They offer a variety of services, including property management and real estate services, which I found to be convenient. However, during my experience, I found the communication to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which caused some frustration. Additionally, the fees for their services were on the higher side compared to other companies in the industry. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website and services offered were satisfactory, but improvements in communication and pricing would make the experience more enjoyable.
