I've been working with Alpine Access for several months now and overall, I would say my experience has been average. The training provided was adequate, but there were some inconsistencies in the information given. The pay is decent, but there can be long hours and high call volume at times. The company does provide some good benefits and opportunities for advancement, which is a plus. However, there have been a few issues with communication and management that I think need to be addressed. Overall, I would say it's an okay place to work.
