The hotel is in a good location, with helpful and friendly staff and clean rooms, offering a fresh breakfast, but for me what takes 3 stars away from this experience is the possibility that if you need to cool anything, you must pay a charge of 10 to have a fridge as the the room minibar is fully stocked with an automatic system which prevents you from taking something out and replacing it with anything else. I feel for a hotel of this price range and star rating, it is another "sneaky" way to squeeze out more money from a guest, while in other hotels I've visited until now, I've never encountered this before. I understand for hygenic reasons they don't offer the restaurant fridges which is very acceptable, but to charge an extra 10 feels sneaky. Nevertheless, the staff are polite and helpful especially at breakfast time in the restaurant and at the front desk.
