I have been a customer of Panasian Power Plc for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The overall experience has been satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer support could be more responsive and helpful. There have been a few instances where my queries were not addressed promptly. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes.
