I had a mixed experience with Harsh Environment Applied Tech. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed annoyed by my questions. However, once I reached out to a different representative, my concerns were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Overall, I rate their services as average.
