I feel embarrassed for this company's workers when...

I feel embarrassed for this company's workers when I see them try to rig. Essentially, it's just underpaid workers being exploited as subcontractors that companies use just because it shifts liability to someone else when equipment is damaged (which they do a lot)--it's all about cheap wages and quantity, not quality. I feel bad for the guys that work there, but they're not quality riggers and they try to get away with doing things the rattiest way possible.
