I use KlassWagen regularly and I can say that I have generally positive experiences. Some suggestions:
- a loyalty program for customers;
- if you can receive the car you rented and not an equivalent which is sometimes a less good car than the one selected;
- the price for CASCO insurance is very high; It would surprise me that such a large company will not be able to negotiate and offer customers more competitive prices for full insurance.
