I have been a customer of Charleys Strays INC for over two years now, and I can confidently say that their services are average. While the company does a decent job in rescuing and caring for stray animals, there is room for improvement. The adoption process can be quite slow at times, and the communication with the staff can be inconsistent. Nevertheless, I appreciate their dedication towards finding forever homes for these animals. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
