I do not know who else you would use to ship an RV...

I do not know who else you would use to ship an RV up or down from the lower 48 but I will not be using them again or recommending TOTE. For the "Preferred Carrier" the handling of my RV was unacceptable. A shipping container was either dragged along the side of my RV or the door to the container was not properly secured which caused severe damage to my RV. See attached photos.

I was called the day my RV arrived in Anchorage but was not told about the damage. When I arrived and discovered the damage I was told TOTE had already taken pictures but failed to notify me. TOTE was aware of the damage but when I was taken to the lot to retrieve my RV the attendant did not already have the claim paperwork ready.

I was given contact for the sole claims rep who I waited on hold for over 30 minutes on 3 separate occasions as still did not get in contact with. I emailed and am awaiting a response.

One of the attendants told me "it happens all the time" and that attitude is unacceptable.

Do some more research and ship with someone else.
