I am a CUSTOMER and I have used the services of Ido geneva. The company is average in terms of their service quality. I found their website ido.ch to be quite informative and user-friendly. However, I was not completely satisfied with their customer support. They were responsive but not very helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I would rate Ido geneva as average.
