Pilot 24 came highly recommended by a friend. I take care of an elderly relative and decided to purchase this battery. What a great decision. It works wonderfully with the Resmed machine being used. Also love the fact that it has a usb port. I just spoke to tech support and they were so helpful even for a non tech guy like me.
