The company Zeno ltd is average. I have used their services for a few months and overall it has been an okay experience. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good range of products. However, I have encountered a couple of issues with their customer service. It took a long time for them to respond to my queries and when they did, the answers were not always helpful. That being said, I haven't had any major problems with them and they deliver on time.
