I recently made a purchase on a popular online shopping website and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The website was difficult to navigate and the checkout process was confusing. The product I received was not as described and the customer service was unhelpful. I wish I had discovered Shoppundit.com earlier, as I have heard great things about their service.
