As a customer, I have had a mixed experience with Woodridge Behavioral Health. There have been times when the services provided were excellent and other times when I felt let down. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, but there have been instances where they seem overwhelmed and understaffed. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, which is definitely a plus. However, there have been some issues with communication and scheduling appointments. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
