You guys don't even deserve a star. You didn't close my account properly. I Lost 84 points on my credit and the account says close when it shouldnt even be on my credit. I am so tired of calling and getting people who don't understand my problem. It seems as though they do not make notes about the calls. So everytime i call i have to explain myself over and over again to people who swear that ther information i am giving them can not be correct. This is a horrible business.
