We have been a customer for over 25 years, the quality of their inventory, almost all American made, is highly superior to the products made overseas that others carry. Their prices really can't be beat on a comparable item. Their customer service keeps us coming back. We had a defect with an item last year. They sent a member of their team to assess our concern. They immediately determined it was a defect and under warranty. The manufacturer no longer made the item we purchased so they replaced it with a higher quality one. What more can you ask for or expect? It is nice to support a local family operated business. You would have to travel over two hours to find a business that offers the quality and selection Mitchell's offers. Happy shopping!
