Worst customer service. Delivery service has constantly skipped us or given us leaking/bad bottles. The water is not great tasting either, there is nothing special about it. Now that we have tried canceling service for two months and countless calls they will not refund us money owed or deposits for our water bottles. It is a very bad company. No way of getting in contact with a supervisor that will assist. I am incredibly disappointed and have lost about 250 dhs from their scams

Just another update... after another month of multiple calls no returning of the money owed to us. I ve been told a supervisor will call back but no call backs. Stand by my review of worst water company in UAE. Kibsons is amazing however and delivers superior water in perfect clean bottled everytime.
