Terrible experience! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I tried to book a cruise with a voucher from them and was told that even though I attempted to call before the voucher expired that it was my fault and that I should not have waited that long to book it because they ran out of the promised cabins. The representative that I spoke with was very rude. I assumed that since I purchased a voucher via the Today Show that it would be legitimate, but now I am out of $549 because of it. I am only writing because I was refused help from the company, so I wanted to warn others before they are caught in the same predicament I am in. I will more than welcome a follow up from the company.
