The Shangri-la Bangkok is located by the river, easily accessible by Skytrain and boat. It is also close to Chinatown and other touristic hallmarks.
The common areas are lavishly decorated and very well maintained.
The rooms are big and comfortable, with all expected amenities for a five-star hotel, including a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as fresh fruit every day.
The main restaurant has an impressive buffet with many different types of food as expected, quality suffers due to the huge variety.
Service, as expected in a Shangri-La, was perfect: staff is very helpful and professional: always ready to support.
