I just missed a fiasco on check-in. Somehow the desk clerk got locked out of the software. The guest before me waited for over an hour. I got my room pretty fast. The desk clerk was very ingenuitive in solving the problem. He gets a lot of credit for that. All around the staff was amazing. I had a club sandwich in the restaurant, and it was barely mediocre. That's part of the reason for the three star review. The menu advertises fresh roasted turkey it was luncheon meat. And it wasn't even very good quality luncheon meat.

the computer fiasco at the front desk was a perfect example of incompetent IT staff. the system timed out after the desk clerk this type the password and the customers had to wait 30 minutes for him to be able to login again. they changed the password, then he locked out again. The customers had to wait another 30 minutes. The entire IT staff or whatever contractor they're using should be fired.
