Could not give a worse review if I tried. Contacted back in May to cancel my subscription because the product is so difficult to work with. They then Invoiced AND charged me ON THE SAME DAY JULY 4. Finally heard back from someone today after sending 6+ emails and they had the nerve to reference my agreement. Charging $653 when the invoice says $600, first and second, during a WHOLE PANDEMIC. I have officially disputed charges with my bank as I have the email back in May and will be ceasing all communications with their supposed customer service.
