Zapp mobile payments is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but they can definitely improve. I have been using Zapp for a few months now, and so far, I have not encountered any major issues. The app is easy to navigate, and the payment process is fairly smooth. However, there have been a few instances where the app crashed or became unresponsive, which was quite frustrating. The customer support team was helpful in resolving the issues, but it took longer than expected. Overall, I would say Zapp is decent, but there is room for improvement.
