My experience with Flexibleir has been a mixed bag. While the website is easy to use and the product quality is good, I had some issues with their customer service. The response time for inquiries was slow and it took me several follow-ups to get a resolution. However, once the issue was resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I would rate Flexibleir as average.
