During my recent trip, I stayed at a Hilton International Industries hotel. The experience was a mixed bag. The room itself was lovely, spacious, and well-furnished. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and not eager to assist. It's a shame as the hotel has great potential but needs to work on the service aspect. Overall, an average stay.
