I had a pretty average experience with Direct Insight Services Inc. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I was expecting better service from such a reputable company. Overall, it was just an average experience.
