I recently purchased a new bedroom set from an online furniture store. The furniture is of great quality and I love the design. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was prompt. However, I was not satisfied with the customer service. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed disinterested. Overall, I am happy with my purchase from Rome Furniture Ctr but the customer service could be improved.
