I have been a customer of Johnson Corrugated Products CORP for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While their products are of decent quality, their customer support leaves much to be desired. The staff is not very responsive and it takes forever to get a resolution to any issues. Overall, I would recommend looking at other companies before settling on this one.
