I had a mixed experience with Elken sdn bhd. While some of their products were great and met my expectations, others fell short. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. I appreciated their prompt responses to my inquiries, but I felt that they could have been more knowledgeable about their products. Overall, I would say that Elken sdn bhd has potential, but there is room for improvement.
