I am one of their clients for this year. I had an accident where 3 cars were involved, my quixa insurance pulled back by sending me a form that must be filled out and sent in person to the culprit's insurance. It does not seem to me the right way that the insured (quixa) must "turn" in person to resolve the "bureaucracy". In order for it to lack professionalism, I do not recommend it. Thanks
