An indelible feeling of an abominable attitude towards a client left this miracle of catering. When ordering coffee in a glass, there were some slop of a strange color. It seemed that someone was pouring a milk drink into this glass, and then we got black coffee, having forgotten to wash this wonderful disposable dishware first. To the logical question: What kind of strange color does this drink have? The saleswoman said that it was a normal color and simply took it away without even making an attempt to somehow rectify the situation. And all this against the background of unreasonably high margins.
