Jonathan and his wife Jennifer are amazing. They recently helped my husband and I in our purchase of a rental property in Suttons Bay. I found their company via Google and called them after reading all the glowing reviews so now it is our turn to share how much we love this company. Both Jonathan and Jennifer are thoughtful, professional and exceptionally good at their jobs. They are detail oriented and are wonderful with communication. We felt completely confident in their ability throughout the entire process, which was quite lengthy and involved. They are knowledgeable about the area and thought of every possible detail that needed addressing in our purchase and subsequent rental arrangements. Every step of the way my husband and I were constantly remarking to ourselves how grateful we felt for having them on our team. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have any real estate needs in the Leelanau area or own a rental property and need a management company you will be thrilled with Oltersdorf Realty. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
