Terrible customer service. When their team made a delivery to my neighbor, the driver pulled off the street and made a huge rut in my yard. When I confronted the driver, he shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't help it. He pointed to the Bear name on the truck and said call them.
I took pictures and called the store. They couldn't help and sent me to corporate. Long story short, I called and left a message for the delivery supervisor. Over the next week, I made several more calls and sent several emails regarding the matter. No one from Bear ever responded or contacted me.
