The woman I spoke with was professional and helpful. She said I paid it soon enough to not report to the credit bureaus, I hope that is true, so far so good. She was very sweet and personable, I wish I caught her name and I would mention it in this review. It is unfortunate you can get sent to collections for a medical bill but I suppose that is just how our world works so those working in this position are not trying to be mean, just doing their job.
