Have never seen such unresponsive & uninterested b...

Have never seen such unresponsive & uninterested behaviour from a travel company!! Wanted them to organise an Alaskan cruise with land excursions for us & had to call them 4 times to finally get a simple cruise quote that was anyway available online on the cruise s website!
After numerous calls & reminders, had to finally give up when they just didn t seem interested in working out any itinerary for us!
Have to thank Ms. ARCHANA HEBLE for this unresponsiveness!!
