I work at Apple Fayette Mall and we pride ourselves in being the quintessence of exceptional customer service. Lexus of Lexington is one of the only companies whose customer focus and organizational agility is truly on par with our own.

The staff was surprising open and receptive to a young person buying a luxury vehicle. I never felt compartmentalized and the staff wasn't condescending and treated me like I was buying a 2020 LC 500 cash!

Missy has such a warmth that I almost melted in her presence. She's one of those people who you meet and 2 minutes later, tell all the most intimate details of your life to. Michael Levey was nice enough and made an EXCEPTION to hold a car I really wanted FOR FREE because he sensed my desire through text lol.

And finally, Jason Anderson and Min. James Henderson. Jason is cool as the backside of my pillow. He has an uncanny ability to make financials and legality...fun, dare I say? He melts tension surrounding these touchy topics in an incredible way.

James was the guy of the hour for me. Since we first spoke he was transparent and honest while not sacrificing the customer satisfaction element. During my test drive we were able to connect around similar upbringings and lifestyle, he shared with me the country club feel of owning a Lexus, he answered objections I had before they even came up (from someone in sales this is an invaluable skill). He made the process agree-fee and entertaining. All my Lexuses and any family or friend who's interested from this point forward will be through you brother! Thank you for everything.
