I called July 20, 2018 to get a status on my application I mailed 2/16 and it took numerous calls to speak to the Supervisor in charge. I left several messages no return call. Talked to person in charge on August 22nd and she told me it was rec'd on 2/20 and she would put out a search for it an apologized. Her direct line she gave me was her fax# so more calls continued. Rec'd her direct phone number called 9/22 called left her a voicemail no response! My application has been in process and being searched for 7 months now!!!! I believe this is not legal and a disappointment no matter how busy you are!!
